Using Physical Vapor Deposition Technology, the same technology often used to harden, coat and enhance the durability tools, CORSA’s Pro-Series tips are infused with black film providing a deep, brilliant, reflective, black finish that won’t chip, flake, or peel and further resists corrosion. PVD is a vacuum coating process of vaporizing a solid metal to a plasma of atoms or molecules, resulting in a vapor that is deposited as a high performance coating on our Pro-Series Tips.
