Racer X Fabrication Sound Generator Delete 2013-2021 BRZ / 2013-2016 FRS / 2017-2021 GT86
The Racer X Fabrication noise generator delete kit was designed to eliminate the OEM noise generator. The noise generator is the hose coming off the OEM intake elbow, routes to the side of the intake manifold and finally into the cabin by the passenger footwell. The delete kit eliminates this unnecessary OEM feature that many enthusiasts find annoying and also eliminates clutter in the engine bay. The kit features a 6061-T6 aluminum plug that has been CNC machined, a solid rubber grommet for the fire wall and a new clamp for the billet plug.
NOTE:
- We no longer offer the sound generator delete in black anodize. All sound generator deletes will be shipped raw aluminum.
WARNING:
- Do not plug your OEM intake system with a PVC fitting from the hardware store, PVC fittings can slip and find their way into the intake system.
